I think that the artist used dolphins as a sense of freedon because dolphins are free animals and travel all throughout the ocean. Also i think that the artist used the dolphins jumping to show that dolphins are yet again free because dolphins jump to show off. I think that the artist used different colors for the water to show that even though the dolphins are pretty close now they can get farther out in the ocean pretty quickly.
